Marketing and general information about our services. Nothing here is security, legal, or professional advice. Nothing here is an offer, a guarantee of a result, or a substitute for an assessment of your actual systems. Please do not make a decision about your own architecture based on a web page, including ours.

03No client relationship

Reading this site, emailing us, or having a scoping call does not create a consulting relationship or any duty on our part. Work begins only when both sides sign a written agreement.

That agreement governs the engagement, including scope, authorization, deliverables, retesting, confidentiality, liability, and payment. Where it disagrees with anything on this site, the agreement wins.

04Acceptable use

Read it, print it, share it. Please do not:

• Scrape, mirror, or bulk-download the site
• Test, scan, probe, or attempt to access any part of our infrastructure without written authorization from us first. We do this for a living and we are not flattered.
• Use our name, logo, or content to imply an endorsement or partnership that does not exist
• Use the site to do anything illegal

The site, its copy, its design, and the NullTrace name and logo belong to NullTrace Security LLC. Reading and sharing is fine. Beyond that you get no license to any of it.

We may link to other sites. We do not control them and are not responsible for what is on them.

Security research moves quickly and some of what is here will age.

To the maximum extent the law allows, NullTrace Security LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data, arising out of your use of this site. Our total liability relating to this site will not exceed USD 100.

You agree to defend and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the site or your violation of these terms.

10Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute goes to the state or federal courts located in St. Johns County, Florida, and you consent to that jurisdiction.
